Anonymous said: Okay well, since I've studied Hitlers regime I can see how you think he was a relatively good person he did bring Germany out of the great depression BUT THEN he murderer anyone he thought wasn't apart of his perfect race as you well know, so unless you are blonde, blue eyed, have an aryan shaped head, athletic and mentally stable with no connections to any other religious order, with the communist or otherwise. You are royally fucked, 'your highness'
I call bullshit on you studying Hitler. From your "unless you are blonde, blue eyed, have an aryan shaped head" I can tell that you don’t even know what Hitler looked like. Hint : despite having ravishing blue eyes he was dark haired and not athletic.
Literally anyone who passed the 8th grade knows that Hitler was killing anyone that wasn’t blonde haired with blue eyes. Holy shit lmao.
sorry, history major here- can I sort some things out for you guys?
Hitler wasn’t killing everyone who wasn’t blonde haired or blue eyes… that would be physically impossible and impractical. Hitler didn’t kill people on the basis of the colour of their eyes, he did it on their genetic DNA, which he believed either made them inferior or superior. If you were a dark haired brown eyed German, you would not be killed. If you were a blonde haired blue eyed Jew, you would still be killed. He was killing (or forcing into forced laboured camps where they would either be worked to death or exterminated):
- Jehovah’s witnesses
- The disabled
Hope this helped :)
Police violence against racial minorities may never stop. Racism has been an indelible feature of American society and police-minority relations since slavery. Indeed, police arms, chains, and ropes are not new to the necks of black men, as well as black women and Latino/as. The killing of Eric Garner not only symbolizes the tight hold racism has on our society and individual psyches, but it is also a reminder of how normalized violence against non-white bodies is in the media and across racial/ethnic groups.
